Sujok is a Korean word with su - hands and joke - feet. This method has been discovered by Prof. Sir Park Jae Woo of Korea. Where only skilled doctors treat by inserting needles in Chinese acupuncture, with Sujok acupuncture, any person with micro acupuncture can remove any disease by giving pressure on the same reflection points or decreasing / increasing energy. In this method, any disease can be overcome at the physical level by giving pressure by Jimmy, Seeds, Star magnet, Pebbles, etc., while by toning/sedating the energy at the meta physical level (with wheat, Byol, Magnet, finger or jimmy etc.) Almost all can be cured by balancing energy. The treatment in Sujok Acupuncture, micro acupuncture, can be done in four ways in each hand and foot.

1: By giving pressure on the Main Correspondence in the entire hand up to the wrist and foot up to the ankle.
