"Acupressure" is an English language word. In which "Acu" means fast, sharp, sharp, or fixed and "Pressure" means pressure. That is, acupressure is not a common method of massage, but a unique technique, which has its own properties and characteristics. The term "acupressure" includes all techniques of healing by pressure (shiatsu, reflexology, etc.).

In this, freedom from disease is achieved by giving pressure on the points located on the body, its basis is meridianology. In this method, freedom from diseases is achieved by giving pressure on the reflection point of the concerned organ in the hand or foot of the same side where the disease occurs. Acupressure is the removal of disease by giving pressure on the painful parts of the body.

The basis of reflexology is zoology. In this, our body is divided into 10 zones, which reach from the brain to the fingers of hands and feet. In this method, each finger of our hand and foot represents a John. Five zones come to the left in the body and five zones come to the left in the body. All the zones come and meet in the brain. Therefore, both thumbs are also divided into 5-5 zones. In this way, with a little knowledge, we can easily do permanent treatment of every part of the body.
